Insta Tekkie (IT) Certification
Superior School of Real Estate is proud to be working with Course Creators to promote and host the InstaTekkie (IT) Certification course throughout North Carolina. The two day program is a hands-on computer training experience designed to help real estate professionals create and post videos to the internet as well as maximize their use of social media sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Facebook and LinkedIn. Students will create their own real estate website and blog and learn to master today's technology.

Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSSS)
The Certified Short Sale Seller (CSSS) designation is developed and presented by Julia
Iden of Advance Mortgage Education and is the only short sale designation that is North
Carolina state specific. Agents need to know NC state specific information when taking
short sale listings. Many have attended short sale classes or acquired the National
Association of Realtor's SFR designation as the first step in an effort to better prepare
themselves to work the short sale market. Getting the CSSS designation is your next
step. This 2-day course is approved for up to 12 hours of NCREC continuing education
elective credit.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation is awarded to REALTORS® who have successfully completed the required education course. SRES® designees learn how to lead senior clients through real estate transactions and draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as CPAs, estate planners, lawyers, clutter and staging experts as well as community resources and services. The SRES® designation is the only one of its kind recognized by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. More than 15,000 REALTORS® have earned the SRES® designation.
