Steve Robinson

Licensing Instructor

Real estate has been a family affair for Steve. His father was a REALTOR®, and Steve spent his formative years helping out around the offices of Reg Robinson Real Estate building homes as a licensed North Carolina building contractor while practicing full-time as a real estate broker.

Steve was responsible for building many residential properties, including site-built, modular and value-appreciating manufactured homes. It was during this period that he wrote a Continuing Education elective focused on manufactured and modular homes. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission approved this and other CE courses as well as Steve’s certification as a pre-licensing instructor. He went on to co-author the national CE elective Manufactured & Modular Housing for Dearborn Publishing.

In 2002, Steve joined forces with Bill Gallagher, teaching pre-licensing and broker classes across North Carolina, including CE courses he had written and developed. Steve took time during the economic downturn to fulfill a lifelong dream of working as a professional chef with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Georgia and Florida.

He returned to the real estate profession in 2014, and has relished the opportunity to be back in the classroom. He offers real estate courses in a fast-paced and lighthearted learning environment, and his greatest satisfaction comes from helping the students of Superior School pursue their professional goals with expertise, passion and confidence.
