Rebekah Sosa has been serving the Lake Norman/Charlotte/Triad regions as a broker for 8 years. She’s a wife, a mother to 4 young adult kids, and taught middle school in the USA and South America for 20 years before Real Estate. In her free time, she involves herself in nonprofits serving Latino and underprivileged communities of Lake Norman and abroad. She and her husband also own several properties and enjoy renovating homes, decorating/staging, and visiting their properties to vacation with their family.
Rebekah’s passion for service started at a young age in her life. She grew up helping her parents volunteer in local feeding centers, dental hygiene programs, bilingual schools, and a home for orphans in South America. Her motto in serving buyers and sellers in Real Estate has always been “Real Estate With Heart”, and she’s always aimed to treat each client as they would want to be treated.
Rebekah’s awards started out with Rookie of the Year and have also come to include Buyer Agent of the Year, Top 50 LKN Women in Real Estate two years in a row, Insurance Partner of the Year multiple years, Client Relations Associate of the Year, multiple Top Volume and Top Units Awards, multiple Client Service awards, and VIP awards many years in a row.
Rebekah has represented sellers and buyers with all types of properties, ranging from small lots to large lakefront and commercial properties and everything in between. She’s helped renters find the perfect home and also helped many buyers relocate to their dream properties. She’s handled many contingent transactions, lake property issues, land purchases and all types of commercial transactions. She’s helped many buyers through the building process and many through the purchase of previously owned homes of all types. As a listing agent, she’s specialized in white glove service, making sellers’ experience seamless and easy from beginning to and so enjoys working with clients.
Rebekah’s true passion, from buyers and sellers to training, has been helping others. And that passion transfers into the classroom especially well, where she truly cares about and wants brokers to learn and thrive in their careers. She’s passionate about bettering the lives of brokers and those seeking their license. She strives to make sure that every single student feels cared for and important and that the information being conveyed is easy to understand.
