Trish Adams is a seasoned North Carolina real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. Licensed as a broker since 2005 and a certified instructor since 2020, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to excellence in every classroom she enters. A proud graduate of UNC-Greensboro, where she earned a degree in Management and Marketing, Trish later obtained her Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University—an achievement that reflects her dedication to both personal growth and professional development.
In addition to her teaching credentials, Trish serves as a Broker-in-Charge, overseeing brokerage operations while mentoring and supporting fellow agents. Her passion for real estate was born from a desire to help others navigate one of life’s most important decisions: homeownership. That same spirit of service has guided her work as an educator. Known for her approachable, engaging teaching style, Trish blends real-world experience with humor, relatable analogies, and practical application to make even the most complex topics accessible. She creates a learning environment that is both professional and welcoming—encouraging students to ask questions, participate fully, and leave each session more confident in their knowledge.
Trish believes that education is a powerful tool—not just for passing an exam, but for building a successful, ethical, and fulfilling real estate career. Whether teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing, or continuing education, she emphasizes clarity, compliance, and connection. Her goal is to empower every student to thrive in the industry and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.
