Complete your pre-licensing education
North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC)-approved school (like us). Complete your required hours and earn the certificate needed to apply for your license.

Pass your real estate exam
Once you’ve completed your pre-licensing course, you’ll apply to take the North Carolina licensing exam. Our exam prep courses, with practice tests and state-specific questions, ensure you’re ready to succeed.
