Keller Williams Points East Preferred Courses

This course meets the 75-hour pre-licensing curriculum requirement for real estate brokers as set forth by the state of North Carolina.

Required Sessions: 75 hours of computer time logged in the course

Deadlines: All pre-license courses must be completed within 180 days from registration. The final exam and retake exam is included in this time frame.

Course Final Exam: 140 questions taken online and will be monitored using an online proctor.

Format: The course is a read only course. No videos or virtual instructors. Quizzes are sprinkled throughout the course that must be passed in order to move forward in the course.

No additional books or materials are required.

Optional: As a supplemental resource to courses, students have exclusive access to comprehensive coaching videos, created and presented by our partner, Buffini & Company. These videos provide relatable, useful insights on successfully navigating the real estate market. In addition, students have access to Buffini’s New Agent Starter Kit.

Offered in livestream or prerecorded formats, you can prepare for the North Carolina state licensing exam with our one-day crammer featuring an instructor-led exam cram course. Created by local instructors, this course is highly recommended for current or past students, as well as out-of-state licensees looking for reciprocity. Take the course in real time on designated dates, at your own pace, or both! 

Individual sessions will be held from 9am-5pm on 1/17, 2/21 & 3/21, 4/18, 5/16, 6/20 students can pick which session they want to join from their dashboard.

Progress Exams Due: 3/7 by midnight
