The North Carolina Real Estate Commission mandates that the exam be proctored. You are permitted to take into testing only a basic calculator (no graphing calculators or smart devices) and a pencil. The exam is 3.5 hours and 120 questions. With proper documentation, Superior offers special time accommodations to meet ADA requirements for those that need it.
