Tallie Griffith
While growing up in Connecticut, Tallie started an early career in Real Estate whileassisting her mother who worked at real estate firms. She moved to Charlotte, NC in1990 to attend Mercy School of Nursing. After becoming a Registered Nurse, sheworked as a nurse and held various leadership roles. She resided in Charlotte until2015 when she relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. After 25 years as an RN, Tallieobtained her real estate license in 2017 and retains her RN license. Her passion for realestate and her focus on serving others led to her career in real estate and education.
Tallie enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and sporting events with her husband andfamily. She can be found when not working at the barn with her equestrian-loving daughter, on the soccer field cheering on her middle son as a goalie, and supporting her oldest son and his wife while he is serving in the US Army.
Tallie is an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Greater Triangleand served as President in 2023. She is also an active member of the RD24 – ApexBusiness Builders BNI group and serves on the leadership team as Vice President2021-2022, Education Coordinator 2022-2023, and President 2023-2024. Talliegraduated from the Triangle REALTORS® Leadership Academy 2022.
Tallie has earned the Performance Management Network (PMN®) designation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) certification, REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designation, At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification, andStrategic Pricing Specialist (SPS®) designation. She is always seeking opportunities tofurther her education for herself, her clients, and her students.
