Beginning Jan 1, 2022, all course providers will need to have developed formal association partnerships in order to offer the course online. A formal partnership means a local or state association of REALTORS® has vetted a course provider (i.e. real estate school, Code of Ethics educators, etc.), and confirmed that the provider’s course meets NAR’s mandatory learning requirements. Superior has established a formal partnership with Durham Regional Association of Realtors (NC).
