Topics addressed in this course include a review of agency relationships in real estate sales transactions and a real estate agent’s legal duties to clients and customers, a step-by-step review and discussion of the functions and responsibilities of a real estate agent when working with residential sellers and buyers, a review of issues associated with agent compensation and agents changing firms, and a review of license status and education issues.

If you are within the first 18 months of being licensed, you must complete three 30-hour North Carolina real estate post-licensing courses. โจโจ
Remember, before enrolling in any post-licensing course, you will need your real estate license in hand. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission wonโt count credits for post-licensing courses started before you officially become a licensed broker.
