Class Meets: Thu/Fri 9am-5pm 10/1, 10/2, 10/8, 10/9

Based on attendance, eligible students will have the required exam loaded in their student dashboard. The exam must be taken on 10/15 and monitored using an online proctor.

Retake Exam must be taken no later than 11/4 by midnight and be monitored using an online proctor.

Topics addressed in this course include a review of agency relationships in real estate sales transactions and a real estate agent's legal duties to clients and customers, a step-by-step review and discussion of the functions and responsibilities of a real estate agent when working with residential sellers and buyers, a review of issues associated with agent compensation and agents changing firms, and a review of license status and education issues.
