Workforce Housing with Bill Gallagher. This was an excellent class. You learn about ways to make homes more affordable for the Middle Market. In addition to HUD, there are local city & county programs, as well as ULI options. And a buyer’s income can be 60-120% of local AMI. Plus, there are DP assistance programs available from local lenders. As always, great information from Bill!

Bill Gallagher’s General Update course on 5/9 was excellent. He is always very engaging and knowledgeable, and I appreciate how he uses real-life examples that make the material relatable and easy to understand. His teaching style keeps the class interactive and informative.

Jennifer Wheeler taught the CE elective course on Workforce Housing on 5/8 and she was also very knowledgeable and interactive throughout the session.
