What are the recently approved changes to the NAR Code of Ethics course training requirements?
The training cycle has been changed from a 2-year cycle to a 3-year cycle. This means the current cycle (Cycle 6) is extended from Dec 31, 2020, to Dec 31, 2021. The next cycle (Cycle 7) will begin Jan 1, 2022, and end Dec 31, 2024.
Effective Jan 1, 2022, Superior (and all other course providers) will need to be partnered with local, state, or national REALTOR® associations in order to offer NAR Code of Ethics training. Good news! Superior has established a formal partnership with Durham Regional Association of Realtors (NC).
