Superior School of Real Estate Named a 2025 Top Workplace

Superior School of Real Estate has once again been honored as one of Charlotte’s Top Workplaces for 2025, marking the second consecutive year we’ve earned this distinction. Charlotte Magazine bases its awards solely on confidential employee surveys conducted by research partner Energage.

The survey asks staff to rate their employer on 24 aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, sense of purpose, career-growth prospects, work environment, management effectiveness, and compensation and benefits. Results count only when at least 35 percent of employees participate, ensuring an accurate snapshot of company culture.

Dan Kessler, president of Energage, said, “We think the best way to determine whether or not a company is a top workplace is simply by asking the employees what they think of the culture. The only criteria that goes into determining whether or not a company is a top workplace is the quantitative data that we capture and measure. You have to earn it, and you have to earn it day in and day out, in the moments that matter.”

Christina Stallings, Senior Manager of Business Operations at Superior, added, “We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace by Charlotte Magazine for two years in a row. This award reflects our dedication to creating a positive work environment that prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of our employees, who are the foundation of our success. We are incredibly proud of our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence.”
